Students go to Long Island University L.I.U., on Saturdays.

Before the program manager speaks at 8:45 a.m., scholars go on their phone’s listening to music and texting, some eat their breakfast while socializing, and some do their homework that was due that day.

As for what happens in the classroom, scholars are working on math problems with their teacher reviewing classwork for an upcoming math test.

Next period is grammar. Scholars take down notes from the board, and they engage with others while doing classwork and going over the homework.

As 12:30 hits all scholars rush through the doors for lunch where there are many options to eat including Pizza, McDonald’s, and a deli.

During lunch, many scholars catch up with friends, while for some they have to do homework that’s due the next class or transfer the homework from their phones to paper to give the teachers.

At  1:30 p.m. scholars go back to L.I.U. to continue their learning.

At 4:30 p.m. all scholars rush to get out and be able to go home or hang out with friends after SEO.
