Signs from the March for Our Lives NYC

Central Park West has now become the designated spot for peaceful protests in New York City. On March 24th the March for Our Lives protest took place. Many beautiful signs displayed peoples’ feelings about the recent school shooting that took place in Parkland, Florida, and the government’s lack of response to the recent shootings in America.
Student protests gun control by saying feeling safe in school should be more important than getting good grades.
Many signs were orange because the March for Our Lives event has adopted the color orange as their official color.
A family brought their five year daughter to the event with a sign she wrote herself.
Many hashtags trending on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook like #ENOUGHISENOUGH were very popular signs.
Many of the signs, like the one displayed here stated facts about mass shootings.
The march was located right on Central Park West.
A small dog with a sign and costume was sitting outside the American Museum of Natural History.
Many children were at the march proclaiming their right to feel safe in school.
Many of the best signs were very graphic, large and easy to understand.
People at the protest with their handmade signs, as you can see, some people did not bring signs.
