Fitness is one of those things that is most procrastinated and not taken seriously but is an activity that should always be done.
Fitness means being able to perform physical activity. It also means having the energy and strength to feel as good as possible. Getting more fit, even a little bit, can improve your health.
Fitness helps you feel better and have more energy for work and leisure. Children and teens who are fit may have more energy and better focus at school.
Exercising is one of the best ways to improve your health. Also, it can improve your balance and coordination, sleep habits, self-esteem, and it can help you lose weight.
At the iSchool, we are fortunate enough to have a gym and opportunities during our week to use it. The main point of exercising is to strengthen and tone muscles. Unfortunately, many students are not familiar with simple exercises to improve muscles. Many students lack in this area because they are not familiar enough with simple exercises.
Simple bodyweight exercises such as, push-ups, curl ups, pull ups and planks can go a long way in making you look and feel better. Can go a long way in making you look and feel better.
In addition to using your bodyweight to work out, you can also use weights. We have a variety of weight training machines. For example, we have a leg press machine (for your quads), dumbbells (arms, chest, legs) an ab machine (abs), a chest press (chest) , and lat pulldowns (for your back).
By completing 10 repetitions of 3 sets, or 10 reps 3 sets, you will perform a full body workout.
Fitness is required at the iSchool, which is a positive aspect because it helps students to stay fit and healthy.
