In this project talk about components that make life habitable through a website. I included 4 general components; mineral dust, water/liquid, habitable zone, and temperature and chemicals as an extra. Throughout, I mainly talk about how each of these contributes to our life as this is the only life we know of and how it might be true or otherwise for the other planets. Since NASA is the expert in exoplanet exploration, I took their lead in identifying various different requirements but the explaining and showcasing was all me. For the third and last page, I included what we have accomplished so far and the rate at which we are progressing, and how NASA is succeeding with their newly modeled and better spacecraft. While it is possible a privately owned company like SpaceX takes the lead in the near future, I only took into account what stands true till now for exoplanet exploration. The purpose of my project is to encourage audiences to divert their attention more towards astronomy and the context since all of this is a mystery; oftentimes we think as humans we are capable of understanding and decrypting everything but it’s definitely not true and this is one of those examples.
