A lesson plan and board game based on animal conservationism, the problems surrounding it and its connection to our environment. The lesson plan discusses the main problems with animal conservation and specifies poaching as it is a major issue affecting thousands of species. For the lesson plan I read and researched articles while looking at slides for current classes and classes I had taken in the past. The board game is very similar to Candyland and serves as a review for the lesson while also engaging the players to think about their answers to win the game.
