I chose to take pictures where the background was the city because it represents me and then I chose for some of my friends to be in them because they also represent me as a person. When I took these photos I was in the area of the school. I decided to choose these photos because it shows my everyday life and who I spend my time with, I also decided that I didn’t want the face or facial expression to be to focal point I wanted the viewer to be aware and analyse the background. In these pictures I tried to capture a photo that was in the moment and  a day in my life. The way I was able to capture this was by taking the photos without my friends noticing and visa versa with my friends taking pictures of me without being aware of it. I wanted the viewer to see what happens day to day in my life and that’s why I picked the theme as my background is NYC because its my home. I think that the photos turned out really good mainly because my purpose was for the photos to look unplanned and for the background to be NYC.

In the first photo I saw that there were no cars so I proceed to walk down the street, me and my friends  were walking to the nearest park and i wasn’t aware that they were all taking pictures of me because they really liked the scenery. I decided to add this picture because it was unplanned and represented the city.  In this photo it shows what I do after school, I usually hanging out with my friends to go eat or skateboard. For my second picture its a photo of me and my friend took a picture of me also unplanned while I was on a skateboard. I really like this photo because it captured me having fun with my friends even though you cant see them in the photo. for my third photo, I decided to take a candid photo of Olivia because I thought that the building in the background represented the city and where we live. Lastly, the forth picture is me walking down the street to get to a park
